No. Every email is written for your specific buyer — their name, their budget, the property they visited. The templates are in your voice. If anything sounds off, we fix it before you go live.

What if the AI sends something wrong?

You review every email template before we launch. The system sends from a library you've approved — it doesn't make things up. It just selects the right template, fills in the buyer's details, and sends.

Do I need to change my CRM?

No. Convrt works alongside whatever you're using. We plug into your Gmail and a Google Sheet — that's it. Most agents are running within 48 hours.

How long does setup take?

Usually 3–5 working days. We build everything, test it end-to-end, and run a live demo with you before switching it on. You only need to provide Gmail access and your open home sign-in form.

What if I want to cancel?

Month-to-month after setup. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. You keep the Google Sheet with all your buyer data — nothing is locked in.
